Goji Berries have caught on in America. Time Magazine called Goji berry the “Breakout super fruit of the Year.” The U.S. now imports thousands of tons of Goji Berries a year which is being turned into all sorts of juices and supplement products.

The Lycium Barbarum Plant

Goji Berry is the common name for the fruit of the Lycium barbarum plant. Common names for varieties of the Lycium plant are “Matrimony Vine” and “Boxthorn” and “Wolfberry”.
